As part of this growth process, Molly Bower has been promoted to Senior Director of Client Services, with accountability for all staff in support of the Client Centric Teams.“Molly has been instrumental in driving our common language, strong performance and raising the bar across our teams from both a process and client management perspective,” said Brooke Knight, Vice President of Client Services at Businessolver. Bower will be responsible for managing daily operations, performance and client management.Bower has been at Businessolver for nearly two years, in the roles of Client Services Manager and Director/Team Lead.
